Code of Ethics

Code of ethics

The trustees of WISH 4 AFRICA have voluntarily elected to abide by these codes of ethics in addition to the regulatory requirements of the UK Charity Commission;

•  Commitment - We shall at all times be committed to the Vision, Mission , Culture and Success of WISH for AFRICA , its current and future team of workers, clients and sponsors.

•  Integrity - What we promise is what we shall deliver. We shall only ever make agreements with ourselves and others that we are willing and intend to keep. We shall communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and clear up all broken agreements immediately.

•  Excellence - We shall aim to deliver products and services of exceptional quality that add value to all involved for the long term. We shall look for ways to do more with less and stay on a path of constant improvement and innovation.

•  Systems - We shall always look to the system for a solution. If a challenge arises we use a system correction before we look for a people correction. We aim to follow the system exactly until a new system as agreed by the board of trustees is introduced. We shall always suggest system improvements at the first opportunity.

•  Consistency - We aim to be consistent in our actions so that our clients and workers can feel comfortable in dealing with the organisation at all times.

•  Gratitude - We aim to be a truly grateful organisation. We shall show appreciation often and in many ways. We shall celebrate our wins and the wins of our clients.
