If you are a qualified doctor, a nurse or a midwife, a pharmacist or an administrator, your skills would make an invaluable contribution to the needs of people suffering from inadequate medical care in Africa.

WISH For Africa has developed a volunteering programme to enable professionals in the developed world contribute towards improving the standards of healthcare delivery in Africa through volunteering.

We have taken teams of volunteers from the UK to Africa as part of our 'brain-gain' solution to the problem of migration of health professionals from the developing world otherwise known as 'brain-drain'.
